This is not the end yet...

Lestrade wandered around in a circle, moodily kicking at the scraps of paper, popped balloons, and empty cartons that littered the fairgrounds.

"I canít believe it," Watson said.

"What are we going to do, Lestrade?" Holmes whispered.

Lestrade stopped walking, turned around, and stared at Holmes for a while. Suddenly she squatted down and hugged Holmes as tight as she could. "Holmes, Iím sorry! Iím so sorry -- I didnít know that the carnival ended today -- Iím so sorry, Sherlock!" she cried.

"Never mind. Itís not your fault," Holmes said.

"Looks like you are going to be a little boy all over again," Watson whispered.

Holmes nodded.

From that day onwards, Holmes spent his days like an adult but he didnít do much detective work now unless Lestrade and Watson were with him, because clients refused to take him seriously. His strength had changed into the strength of a boy so he couldnít run as fast as before. Lestrade had been praying before she went to bed every night. And she often cried, thinking that what happened to Holmes was her fault. If only she were not so mischievous.... Thomas, Kristen, and Deidre heard all about it when they decided to move overseas, while Wiggins and Tennyson didnít know anything about it.
